Social wars is a new facebook game were you are given a small area which you will need to build your base and your army against an impending attack of the invading alien army.

Overview:
Social wars is a new simulator strategy facebook game like social empires or empires and allies. The basic motive or your task is to build your base so you can defend it against attacks and building up your army. It has basically the same gameplay as the games I have mentioned but social wars employ a pseudo-reality where you can recruit robots, futuristic soldiers and tanks unlike empires and allies that stay true to todays techonology as an example.
Social Wars Features:
Attack and Defend in real-time
Unlike other strategy games like turn-based games, you can control your army on how they attack or how they defend. You can use your soldiers or other units to attack an invading force or use it to attack an enemy base just like what you can do in command in conquer or starcraft.
Features Robots, futuristic weapons and soldiers
The game features robots, futuristic tanks and futuristic weapons. As you start playing social wars, you will need to choose 3 kinds of robots that will determine what kind of army are you. A tanker, offense or range it depends all on you.
Everything is upgradable
Everything in social wars is upgradable, from the houses, to units and even your robot. They sometimes require special items but most often they don't. Upgrading is also they way to acquire futuristic units and futuristic tanks.
Gold, Steel, Oil, Wood
Social wars have 4 kinds of materials which are gold, steel, oil, wood. You will require these materials for training units to creating buildings.
Quest are rpg like
Unlike other facebook games, social wars' quest sometimes requires steps and not just straightforward build this or attack that. Your first quest which is to free your captured units is a good indication on how rpg like the quest are.
Energy System is sometimes negligible
The great thing about this game is the energy system is not used in most actions. Creating units, finishing buildings will not require energy points. This is advantageous to people that likes to play games in long intervals and just for a few minutes per hour.
Flaws
Not really unique
If you have played other similar games in facebook, Social wars will just be a clone for you with small added features. That might not be enough for some people to be enticed to play social wars.

Social wars is a solid game by itself but there are older games with the same theme and gameplay that I find playing social wars as negligible. This game would be great for new players of this genre or those that wants to try something new.
