Woodland heroes a new facebook is a action strategy game for facebook. In this new facebook game, you are trying to take back your forest from the invading bears. You do this by engaging them using slingshots and catapults.

Woodland heroes a new facebook game has great gameplay. This is one of the only facebook game where the gameplay is based on action and a little bit of strategy making this an action strategy game for facebook. In this new facebook game, the battle map is in a grid fashion like final fantasy tactics. In those grids, you will position your catapults and slinghosts. You choose the location to better hide them against the opposing opponent. Those slingshots/catapults have varying strengths and sizes that can be an advantage to you or an disadvantage.
Outside the battle scene you have one factory to build those catapults and towers/buildings/areas in your control or you need to control. Red flags means that you need to take over that location. Their are also some quest that range from making catapults, moving them in an area and ofcourse battling. There are also some random events where one location you control will mysteriously by hit and needed to be counter-attacked.
The only weird thing I have seen with this new facebook game is that your first free catapult which is also the strongest catapult you can get will always be auto-targetted by the enemy until they have destroyed it. There is really no hit or miss chance until they have destroyed this catapult.

Graphics is lively and cartoony on the map screen. The catapults are 3d that makes it somewhat looking like its there on the battle map.

Woodland heroes a new facebook game is one of only of the only action strategy game that have this gameplay. This new facebook game is a great game to play but unlike other facebook games, there is an apparent end with this game or it will be a long repetitive game but even with that, this new facebook is recommened to everyone especially if you are an avid fan of tactical strategy games.
